I remember growing up listening to this song on a Christmas album that my mother eventually threw out. I was devastated when that record disappeared. The version I had was a kid singing it, but I like this version too.
I sat there staring at the jacket, hours on end, much like our youth today stares at their phones. No worries, I'm not going to get into that, as I'm one of those people too. I was too young to understand that I too was going to lose my teeth. I was quite little. I just sat there, singing along even though I had no idea what I was singing about.
Ah records. How things have changed!
